By registering as an Institute Owner or Student on Smart Edu Space, you agree to the following terms:
Our platform provides CRM software for legitimate educational spaces (Libraries, Coaching Centers, etc.). You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized activities.
Smart Edu Space provides a peer-to-peer UPI routing system. All tuition and library fees are directly transferred from the student to the institute owner's UPI ID. We do not hold funds, charge transaction commissions, or process refunds. Any dispute regarding institute fees must be resolved directly between the student and the institute.
Institute owners are responsible for paying their platform software subscription fee to the Super Admin. If an institute's validity expires, the system will automatically lock their dashboard access until the renewal fee is paid.
Institute owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of the student data they enter, shift timings, and seat allocations. Students must ensure they enter correct contact details during online registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any institute's account if found violating our policies, engaging in fraudulent activities, or manipulating the system.
